At the core of our namesake cookie, both figuratively and literally, is chocolate. The Burdick Cookie, a delight for both devoted chocolate aficionados and the previously uninitiated, begins with a lush, rich, deeply satisfying chocolate base, made from the same exceptional chocolate as our bonbons. The dark centers are hand-formed, then enveloped in a golden, buttery, walnut-laden dough. Expertly baked until crispy caramelized at the edges, they reveal a generously yielding chocolate center. The cookies are tenderly wrapped and nestled five to a box.
