We celebrate the seasons and holidays throughout the year with limited-edition collections that showcase our creativity and craftsmanship. Created in limited quantities and available only during select periods, these collections may be pre-ordered before shipping begins. Customers can select a preferred ship date within the designated shipping window, shown during checkout.
Our shipping rates are calculated by UPS and are based on the selected shipping method as well as the weight, volume, and destination of the order. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, express shipping is often required to maintain quality upon arrival. The rates come directly from UPS without markup. We do not profit from shipping fees.
Shipping Schedule
Available items ordered by 2 PM EST Monday through Wednesday and 1 PM EST on Thursday and Friday can be shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times will ship on the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Shipping Methods
Ship dates may vary based on the selected shipping method. UPS Ground service is available only on certain days of the week and for specific states.
Pre-Orders
For seasonal pre-order items, available ship dates correspond to the product’s designated shipping window. During checkout, only dates within that window will be displayed.
We offer UPS Next Day Air shipping to all destinations across the 50 U.S. states. Orders placed by 2 PM EST Monday through Wednesday and 1 PM EST on Thursday and Friday can be shipped the same day.
We do not require a signature for deliveries except for custom orders. Custom orders must be signed for upon delivery.
We go to great lengths to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. For destinations with warm temperatures, we include a complimentary ice pack and insulated packaging to preserve freshness and prevent melting during transit. To further ensure flawless delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package promptly and selecting overnight shipping if the temperature at your destination is above 70°F. Please note we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for melted products when a non-overnight shipping method is selected for destinations where the temperature is above 70°F.
We ship to more than 20 countries and U.S. territories via UPS, including Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Puerto Rico, Scotland, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. International orders can be placed online through our standard checkout process. The shipping fee includes customs duties and taxes. No, we do not take reservations. Tables at all our store locations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our customized products, ideal for weddings and other special events, are available here. Once you choose a product and click “Customize & Add to Bag”, you will be guided through our customization tool, which displays all available customization options. Please allow two weeks of lead time from order date to ship date for all custom orders.
We provide a range of thoughtful options to make our products uniquely your own, including ribbon and box colors, custom wax seals, and personalized messages imprinted on ribbons. After selecting the product you wish to customize for your event or corporate gift, you’ll be guided through a customization tool that displays all available options.

We require a two-week lead time for all customized products. This will be reflected during checkout, where the first available ship date will appear as two weeks from your order date. For event-related orders, we recommend choosing a ship date that allows for delivery at least two business days before your event to accommodate potential shipping delays and ensure timely arrival.

Yes, all of our chocolates are naturally gluten-free, prepared in a gluten-free kitchen. We also offer select gluten-free pastries, including our Luxembourgers and Hazelnut Orange Cake. While these pastries are made without gluten-containing ingredients, they are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten and therefore may contain trace amounts. Absolutely. We take great care in seeking out couvertures produced from the world’s finest cocoa regions to make our chocolates. This quality of couverture is only possible through 100% traceability to bean source, long-standing established partnerships with cooperatives, farmers, and wild cocoa gatherers, and a deep respect for the communities and the natural environments.
We recommend enjoying our chocolates soon after receiving them, as they contain no preservatives. If storage is necessary, please keep chocolates at room temperature below 75°F. When climate control is unavailable or the temperature exceeds 75°F, please place in an airtight bag and refrigerate. Always ensure they are sealed in an airtight bag before refrigeration. When ready to enjoy, please allow the chocolates to return to room temperature before removing them from the bag in order to prevent unwanted condensation. Because our products are made without preservatives or artificial additives, we recommend enjoying them promptly upon receipt to experience their full freshness and flavor. Although our products are at peak quality within these periods, they remain safe to enjoy beyond them when stored appropriately.
