• I need assistance with my order. Whom should I contact?

  Please contact our Customer Care team at burdick@burdickchocolate.com or 800.229.2419 for all order inquiries. If caught quickly, we’re happy to make a change to your order, including changing your gift message. Our Customer Care phone line is open from 8am-5:30pm EST Monday-Thursday, and 8am-5pm EST on Fridays. Our Customer Care team will not be available on major holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• How do I place a corporate or high-volume order?

  For comprehensive information on corporate and high-volume orders, please visit this page. Orders may be placed online via our standard checkout or submitted to our Customer Care team at burdick@burdickchocolate.comor 1.800.229.2419 using our order form, found here. We offer a year-round corporate discount on orders over $750, as well as a separate discount structure with special rates during the holiday season. To receive these discounts, orders must be placed directly through our Customer Care team, not online.  
• Where can I find more information on your ingredients?

  Each product page contains a full list of ingredients. More information about our sourcing practices can be found here. Our goal is to handcraft the world's finest chocolates. To do so, we seek out ingredients with care: artisanally made, locally grown, natural, organic when possible, recognizable — each one a mark of simple excellence. From fruits, nuts, and spices to fine liqueurs, cream, and couvertures, only exceptional-quality ingredients, never any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. 
• How far in advance do I need to place a custom order?

  We require a two-week lead time for customized products. You will see this reflected in your checkout, as the first available ship date will be two weeks from your order date. For event-related orders, we recommend selecting a ship date that allows for delivery at least two business days prior to your event. This buffer accommodates any unforeseen shipping delays and ensures your products arrive with ample time for preparation.
