Our Take on the Timeless S’more

The marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate combination has attracted devotees for over a century. At L.A. Burdick, we, too, were not immune to the charm of stick-roasting marshmallows over glowing coals to sandwich with crackers and chocolate. So, we set out to make our own.

The chocolate was the simplest part. We created smaller bars of our extraordinary dark blended chocolate (done!). We formulated a vanilla marshmallow recipe, sourced organic ingredients, and tweaked and edited until they were the perfect combination of fluffy and bouncy. Then, we experimented with different flavors (delectable!). The Pastry crew developed recipes and methods for the graham crackers and then decided we needed a chocolate variety, too (delightful!).

All this deliciousness, made portable — packed in a reusable, compostable tote, ready for your next summer gathering.
