Chocolate Ravens, Born of Craft

With plumage as dark as night and eyes that glisten, you could almost hear our Chocolate Ravens croak. Crafted by hand rather than with molds, their plump bodies emerge as chocolatiers hand-pipe the London Fog ganache. A final sweep of the piping bag forms their noble heads. Toasted almond wings and tail feathers are carefully hand-applied, and the almond beaks and robust dark chocolate enrobing complete these stately creatures.
