Spirited Creations: Burdick Halloween Ghosts

Our Halloween Ghosts are a spirited group effort. A light and fluffy hazelnut orange chocolate is hand-piped into ghostly shapes, then sent to an enrobing team of six who coat them in their white chocolate draperies. One member expertly runs the piped ghosts through a curtain of flowing white chocolate. While the ghosts progress, the other chocolatiers begin the draping, working seamlessly, busy hands perfectly in sync. Even in this flurry of activity, each individual piece is given careful attention. After a brief rest in our cool room, the white chocolate sets up to a crisp shine, and the ghosts are given two soulful eyes to complete their gently spooky look.
