• I need assistance with my order. Who should I contact?

Our Customer Care team is available by phone and email Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM EST and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Please note that the department is closed or has modified hours in observance of the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
• How do I place a corporate or high-volume order?

  For detailed information on corporate and high-volume orders, please visit the Corporate Gifts page. Orders may be placed online via our standard checkout or submitted to our Customer Care team at burdick@burdickchocolate.com or 1.800.229.2419 using our order form, found at the bottom of our Corporate Gifting page.. We offer a volume discount on orders of $1,000 or more. To qualify, orders must be placed directly with our Customer Care team, not through online checkout. Please note that we are unable to offer discounts on orders in December due to high holiday volume. • Where can I find more information on your ingredients?

  Each product page contains a full list of ingredients. More information about our sourcing practices can be found our Ingredients page. Our goal is to handcraft the world's finest chocolates. To do so, we seek out ingredients with care: artisanally made, locally grown, natural, organic when possible, recognizable — each one a mark of simple excellence. From fruits, nuts, and spices to fine liqueurs, cream, and couvertures, we use only exceptional-quality natural ingredients, never any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
• How far in advance should I place a custom order?

  We require a two-week lead time for all customized products. This will be reflected during checkout, where the first available ship date will appear as two weeks from your order date. For event-related orders, we recommend choosing a ship date that allows for delivery at least two business days before your event to accommodate potential shipping delays and ensure timely arrival.
