Dark chocolate ganache with dried plums and Hungarian aged plum brandy. Garnished with slivered almonds.
Pecan Bourbon
Pecan bourbon dark chocolate ganache. Enrobed in milk chocolate.
Licorice Caramel
Fresh licorice root caramel. Garnished with Cyprus black sea salt.
