This dark chocolate is made with a rare strain of cacao that grow wild along the Beni River in Bolivia, untouched by humans until picked from trees at harvest. Grapefruit and floral notes mingle with hints of roasted nuts and give way to a smooth finish.

Brazil (70% Cocoa Content)

Light- to medium-bodied flavor profile with a hint of almond and traces of lychee and dried apricot.

Ecuador (70-72% Cocoa Content)

Made with the rare and prized arriba nacional cocoa beans from Ecuador, this chocolate is robust and earthy with notes of black tea, mint, and Indian spices. It ends with a very long finish.

Grenada (75% Cocoa Content)

This dark chocolate is made from cocoa beans grown by farmers supported by Burdick's non-profit initiative in the island nation of Grenada. The chocolate has a strong cocoa profile with layered complexity and reveals hints of banana, coffee, and nutmeg.

Madagascar (64% Cocoa Content)
