We ship via overnight or two-day shipping method due to the perishable nature of our products. Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping method, destination, weight, and volume of your selected items. The shipping fee for your order can be estimated prior to checkout by adding items to the shopping bag and entering the zip code of the destination.
Available items ordered by 3 pm EST, Monday through Friday, can be shipped the same day. To ensure product freshness, we do not ship on Fridays unless Saturday delivery is selected. On Thursdays, we only ship via overnight shipping method to avoid products being held in a non-temperature-controlled shipping facility over the weekend.
Please note that the estimated arrival date displayed during checkout is an estimate only and is not a guarantee. We recommend you allow extra days in transit when selecting a date to ship your package.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for shipments delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as disruptive weather, flight delays, mechanical issues, and other issues experienced by UPS. However, please be assured that we will always do everything possible to fulfill your requested arrival date.
We do not require a signature for deliveries except for custom orders. Custom orders must be signed for upon delivery.
We go to great lengths to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. When shipping to destinations in warm climates, we send products with a complimentary ice pack and insulated packaging in order to preserve freshness and prevent melting during transit.
To further ensure flawless delivery of your chocolates, we recommend that you ship to an address where someone is available to receive the package in a timely manner and select the overnight shipping method if the temperature at your destination is above 70°F. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for a melted product if you choose a non-overnight shipping method for a destination where the temperature is above 70°F."
We ship to more than 20 countries and U.S. Territories via UPS, including Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Puerto Rico, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. International orders can be placed online through our standard checkout process. Shipping fees include customs duties and taxes. No additional costs are due upon delivery.
