All You Need to Know About Corporate Orders

How far in advance should I place a custom order?

We require a two-week lead time for all customized products. This will be reflected during checkout, where the first available ship date will appear as two weeks from your order date. For event-related orders, we recommend choosing a ship date that allows for delivery at least two business days before your event to accommodate potential shipping delays and ensure timely arrival.
Are there minimums for custom orders?

Yes, the minimum order quantity is shown in the quantity selector next to “Customize & Add to Bag” button on each product page.
Are discounts available for corporate orders?

We offer a volume discount on orders of $1,000 or more. To qualify, orders must be placed directly with our Customer Care team, not through online checkout. Please note that we are unable to offer discounts on orders in December due to high holiday volume. Can I ship to multiple recipients?

Yes, we can process multi-ship orders, but these orders must be handled through our Customer Care team.
