What’s in the Box?

Boston
This crispy dark chocolate square called Copley Square was created when our Boston store opened in 2012 and named after the famed landmark just steps away from the store.
Cambridge
A bonbon resembling our Harvard Square Cake, a rich dark chocolate walnut cake named for our Cambridge store where it is well-loved. Since opening nearly 25 years ago, this shop is one of the city's longstanding favorites among locals and tourists alike.
Chicago
"Corn, two ways" bonbons dedicated to one of Illinois’ top crops. The top piece is a caramel infused with freshly popped popcorn, enrobed in milk chocolate. The bottom piece is a corn marzipan enrobed in milk chocolate.
New York
L.A. Burdick began in New York City in 1987 making chocolates for high-end restaurants. Although the company is now based in New Hampshire, New York is home to one of our stores and our online store’s second most-shipped state. This bonbon is our take on the Manhattan cocktail.
Walpole
A quaint town of 3,600 in New Hampshire, Walpole has been the home to our chocolate factory, café, and office since 1992. This bonbon is a miniature, in chocolate form, of the Mocha Cake, the most popular pastry item at our Walpole café.
Washington
Our newest store opened in Washington’s Georgetown neighborhood in 2020. This bonbon celebrates the capital’s iconic cherry blossoms with a two-layer interior comprised of cherry pâte de fruit and cherry dark chocolate ganache and a garnish of a dried cherry blossom petal.
