How far in advance should I place a custom order?

We require a two-week lead time for all customized products. This will be reflected during checkout, where the first available ship date will appear as two weeks from your order date. For event-related orders, we recommend choosing a ship date that allows for delivery at least two business days before your event to accommodate potential shipping delays and ensure timely arrival.
Are there minimums for custom orders?

Yes, the minimum order quantity is shown in the quantity selector next to “Customize & Add to Bag” button on each product page.
Are discounts available for corporate orders?

Yes, we offer a year-round corporate and high-volume discount on orders of $750 or more, as well as a separate discount structure with special rates during the holiday season. To receive these discounts, orders must be placed directly through our Customer Care team, not via online checkout. Can I ship to multiple recipients?

Yes, we can process multi-ship orders, but these orders must be handled through our Customer Care team.
