Two Dots

Two dots of milk chocolate. So simple when written, but on each of our hand-piped Chocolate Penguins, the two dots become the final flourish to their individual, enchanting personalities. A split-second decision, by the "eyer" in Production, is all that is necessary to complete our Penguins' look. Perhaps slightly to the left, one eye a smidge higher than the other, or a tad larger than the last, each set of eyes gives a decided expression some cheerful or inquisitive, shy or fierce — to our individually distinct, tuxedoed birds. All You Need to Know About Custom Orders

We require a two-week lead time for all customized products. This will be reflected during checkout, where the first available ship date will appear as two weeks from your order date. If you are ordering a custom wax seal, please allow an additional three weeks for design and production of the seal. For event-related orders, we recommend choosing a ship date that allows for delivery at least two business days before your event to accommodate potential shipping delays and ensure timely arrival.
We provide a range of thoughtful options to make our products uniquely your own, including ribbon and box colors, custom wax seals, and personalized messages imprinted on ribbons. After selecting the product you wish to customize for your event or corporate gift, you’ll be guided through a customization tool that displays all available options. We recommend enjoying our chocolates soon after receiving them, as they contain no preservatives. If storage is necessary, please keep chocolates at room temperature below 75°F. When climate control is unavailable or the temperature exceeds 75°F, please place in an airtight bag and refrigerate. Always ensure they are sealed in an airtight bag before refrigeration. When ready to enjoy, please allow the chocolates to return to room temperature before removing them from the bag in order to prevent unwanted condensation.
