to know about custom orders

• When should I place my order?

  We require at least two weeks lead time from order to ship date to allow ample time for production.
• Will I get to see a mockup of my design?

  If your design includes a custom wax seal, you will see a mockup of the design before we start working on your order. If your design includes an imprinted ribbon, you will confirm details like spelling and placement with our team before we start working on your order.
• How should I store my products before my event?

  All chocolate products and confections should be stored at room temperature in a room whose temperature does not exceed 75°F. If there is no climate contro lavailable and temperature would exceed 75°F, then it is best to place the chocolate products and confections in a closed small airtight bag and refrigerate them. To enjoy the products, allow them to return to room temperature before removing them from the bag. This is necessary to avoid unwanted condensation build up on the product.
• What if I am looking for something extra speical?

  We're happy to accommodate requests for one-off or special orders but these often require larger minimum quantities. Please contact our Customer Care team at burdick@burdickchocolate.com or 800.229.2419 to discuss your options.
