Made without preservatives, extracts or essences, L.A. Burdick bonbons combine traditional European chocolatiering techniques and thoughtfulness with American creativity and flair.

All single source bars have a shelf life of 6 months if stored in a cool, dry place.

GRENADA: This dark chocolate is made exclusively for L.A. Burdick with selected beans from the island of Grenada. The chocolate has a very strong cocoa profile with high acidity, earthy notes, hints of nutmeg, banana and lychee fruit. Very complex and multi dimensional. Cocoa content 75%

ECUADOR: Blended with arriba nacional cocoa, this chocolate has notes of mint, Indian spices, black tea and earthy accents. A robust, strong chocolate with a very long finish. Cocoa content 70%-72%

VENEZUELA: This chocolate is made exclusively with high end beans from Venezuela. Hints of almonds, fine subtle cocoa acidity and a very medium body flavor. Cocoa content 70%-72%

MADAGASCAR: Dark chocolate made from beans that originate on the island of Madagascar. Refined cocoa, high fruit acidity, hints of citrus, vanilla and floral flavors with an elegant feminine character. Well blended from a variety of cocoa (Criollo, Forastero, Trinitario) Cocoa content 65%-67%

BOLIVIA: Wild cocoa harvested by boat in the rainforest. Subtle grapefruit, roasted nuts, and floral notes. Medium to full bodied, rounded balanced cocoa flavor. Cocoa content 68%

BRAZIL: Light to medium bodied cocoa, mellow, fruity chocolate with nutty almond note, lychee fruit and traces of mint. Cocoa content 70%

PERU:  Earthy, strong, full-bodied flavor with coffee notes, hints of black pepper, tropical fruits, dark raisins and citrus. Cocoa content 74%

How and When We Ship
Orders received prior to 3:00pm EST can be shipped the same day unless a specific future delivery date has been requested. Orders received after 3:00pm EST or during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship over the weekend; selecting Friday as a ship date will show a Saturday Delivery shipping option (with a $15 Saturday delivery surcharge).

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. An accurate street address with applicable suite or apartment number and/or business name, and phone number is required to ensure proper delivery.

Shipping overnight is always recommended when product may be compromised due to weather and location.
