If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. In the event of an undeliverable shipment L.A. Burdick Chocolate will refund the credit card for the amount of the product purchased only. Shipping charges will still apply. Burdick Chocolates cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. International packages are NOT guaranteed. When placing an order, please carefully check recipient's address as it is difficult to correct an address once the package leaves the country. We are not always notified of undeliverable packages, and due to the expense we cannot reship because of customer error. We show pricing for frequently shipped-to countries.
