Delivery on holidays and certain dates during busy shipping seasons may not be available. Following are a list of dates that delivery is not available on. If you have a special requirement, please call our Customer Service department and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping To Multiple Recipients
When shipping to more than one address, rates are charged per address.
Shipping To PO Boxes, FPO & APO
We ship packages to Post Office Boxes, FPO & APO address via USPS (United States Post Office). Because we use priority mail, an express service, outside of New England the same rates as Fed Ex apply here. Inside New England UPS rates apply.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
We use Fed Ex for shipments to Alaska & Hawaii. There is an additional $10.00 charge. Because our product is perishable, we ship overnight only but due to the distance involved allow for 2-day delivery.
Shipping To Canada
Canada is the most frequently shipped- to destination outside of the US. We use the USPS (United States Post Office) Global Express Priority. This results in a package arriving to its destination within 2-4 business days provided there is no hold up in customs. You can find Canada on the international chart but here is a shortcut.

International Shipping
Below see table above to find rates for International shipping. We use Global Express Priority through the USPS (United States Post Office). Packages arrive at their destinations within 3-5 business days provided there is no hold up in customs. International packages are NOT guaranteed. Please carefully check recipient's address as it is difficult to correct an address once the package leaves the country. We are not always notified of undeliverable packages, and due to the expense we cannot reship because of customer error. We show pricing for frequently shipped-to countries. If the country you wish to ship to is not listed please call customer service at 800-229-2419 for assistance or email us at sales@burdickchocolate.com. Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available to most locations in the US.We will notify you the same day an order is received if Saturday delivery is not available in your area.We use FedEx for all Saturday deliveries.This price is based on Overnight Priority plus $10.00. Please look at the shipping chart for your product total to calculate your cost.
Shipping To A Business Address
When shipping to a business, the business name, individuals name, suite and/or floor number and phone number must accompany the address.
Warm Weather Shipping
Since we strive to have Burdick Chocolate products arrive in perfect condition. We this is take special care when shipping to warm locations. From May 1st - October 1st and year round to warm climates such as Arizona, Texas, Florida, Southern California, we require overnight shipping. To protect your package from heat we use ice packs, which keep the product cool for up to 24 hours. We do NOT charge for icepacks. Please make every effort to notify the recipient that a package will be arriving, as we cannot be responsible for items left unattended for in warm weather.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with tracking details. You will then be able to track your package by going to the carrier's website. This will be provided in the email.
Customized Orders
Burdick Chocolate welcomes your specialized wedding and special event orders. To ensure accuracy, a summary of your customized order will be emailed to you. We request that you review the information, make any necessary corrections and reply to the email as confirmation. You will have up to the Friday before the order is due to ship to make any changes to your customization. A fee of 10% of product total will be charged if changes have to be made after the Friday indicated above.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged during shipment you must notify Burdick Chocolate within 24 hours of receipt of goods if you want us to send a replacement.
Incorrect Orders
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Burdick Chocolates cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses.
Return Policy
In general we do not ask for our chocolate or pastry to be returned. We would only ask for a product to be returned in order to ensure the proper efforts are made to provide the highest possible quality in the future. If for any reason your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, or is sent incorrectly, we are happy to send a replacement or offer a full refund. Please call customer service at 800-229-2419 to initiate this process with one of our representatives.
