GLUTEN-FREE
FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients:
6 eggs
200 G Sugar
454 G Dark Chocolate
227 G Butter, melted
Whisk eggs and sugar on high for 5 minutes or until pale and thick Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Fold egg mixture into chocolate mixture.
PREHEAT OVEN to 300 degrees.
Pour batter into buttered molds and clean sides of ring if needed.Bake 30 minutes (a knife will come out with few crumbs).Cool completely. Slice and dust with powdered sugar.
Serve each slice with 1 tablespoon compote.
Yield 1 - 10" cake (3x batch makes 3 - 8" cakes)
10" = 12 slices
8" = 10 slices
