BURDICK'S GOURMET BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup Unsalted Butter
4 cups Burdick's Shaved Dark Chocolate
4 Eggs
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1 3/4 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Flour

Whip eggs, salt & sugar for 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Melt butter and chocolate together. Pour chocolate mixture into eggs, stir gently until combined, then add flour. Pour into a generously buttered 13" x 9" baking pan and bake at 300° for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out without "cakey" crumbs.
