PAULA'S GOURMET HOT FUDGE
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Burdick's shaved chocolate
(our favorite is dark chocolate)
1/8 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon butter
Microwave for 30 seconds then remove.
Whisk to a velvety consistency, and serve.
Delicious over ice cream and adds a
decadent finish to brownies à la mode!
