Burdicks presented an elegant guided chocolate tasting by NY's only Chocolate Sommelier, Roxanne Browning of Exotic Chocolate Tasting. A truly memorable event featuring Burdick's single origin chocolates from Madagascar, Bolivia and Grenada.!

We were happy to be a part of NYC's annual three-block fête where visitors experience France without even leaving the City! This is an open-air, family-friendly street fair commemorating the beginning of the French Revolution. Be sure to watch for it next year!

We were happy participants at this year's Harvest in the Square - a festive celebration of community and cuisine and NYC's premier wine and food tasting event in Union Square. Event proceeds benefit the ongoing beautification efforts of Union Square Park. For details visit: http://www.harvest.unionsquarenyc.org/

From Bean to Bonbon
Sepp Schoenbaechler of the Felchlin Chocolate Company in Schwyz, Switzerland joined us for a discussion and demonstration of "what makes a good chocolate good and a great chocolate great.". Single source chocolates, both bars and drinks, were offered for tasting. Larry Burdick also presented some of the cocoa farmers' economic concerns and the challenges for the next generation. Be sure to check here for future events.
