May 1st, 2012 - April 30th, 2013
How the new program works:
1. Start a new drink club card for each type of Burdick drink
2. Earn one stamp every time you order.
3. With 11 stamps, redeem your card, and the 12th drink is on us!
In the interest of a greener environment, the new drink program applies to all in-house CERAMIC CUP drinks or take out with your own REUSABLE CUP (paper cups are still available but are not a part of the new program).

Burdicks presented an elegant guided chocolate tasting by NY's only Chocolate Sommelier, Roxanne Browning of Exotic Chocolate Tasting. A truly memorable event featuring Burdick's single origin chocolates from Madagascar, Bolivia and Grenada.!
We were happy to be a part of NYC's annual three-block fête where visitors experience France without even leaving the City! This is an open-air, family-friendly street fair commemorating the beginning of the French Revolution. Be sure to watch for it next year!
We were happy participants at this year's Harvest in the Square - a festive celebration of community and cuisine and NYC's premier wine and food tasting event in Union Square. Event proceeds benefit the ongoing beautification efforts of Union Square Park. For details visit:

From Bean to Bonbon
Sepp Schoenbaechler of the Felchlin Chocolate Company in Schwyz, Switzerland joined us for a discussion and demonstration of "what makes a good chocolate good and a great chocolate great.". Single source chocolates, both bars and drinks, were offered for tasting. Larry Burdick also presented some of the cocoa farmers' economic concerns and the challenges for the next generation.
