Burdick chocolate mice and penguins are fun and whimsical gastronomic treats. They are piped and decorated by hand. The (non edible) decorative tails on the mice change color with the seasons. Dark mice have a whipped orange interior, milk have mocha, and white are cinnamon with a touch of port. All the interiors are made with dark chocolate. Penguins are made with a whipped dark chocolate and lemon interior. Mouse ears and penguin arms are made of almonds. Order in gift boxes or by the piece.
