Traditional German "Herrentorte" is new to mail order and the web. This popular multi-layered cake with lemon butter and glazed with dark chocolate has been a favorite in our caf�s. A 6-inch round cake serves 8-10 people, and a 5-inch serves 6-8 people.

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

This pastry can be frozen. Take out 24 hours prior to serving. Run a knife under hot water for smooth cutting.
