One of the biggest questions asked of our pastry department is if we provide any gluten-free options. Burdicks makes many products that don't have flour or products thought to have gluten in them, but we cannot guarantee that they are gluten-free. Please Note: all truffles and bonbons in Burdick's chocolate assortments, as well as seasonal chocolates, chocolate-dipped fruit, marzipan, nougat and Pâtes de Fruit ARE Gluten Free. The only product that will contain, or may have traces of gluten are our pastry products - this includes seasonal chocolate-dipped cookies and chocolate matzo.
