L.A. Burdick Boston will be opening in January / February 2012! Our newest chocolate shop and café is located on Clarendon Street, between Boylston and Newbury Streets. We are currently looking for a Manager and Assistant Manager as well as experienced barista or retail staff.
Manager Candidates: Must have 3-5 years in a management role in either a café or retail setting. This person is responsible for all aspects of the café including staff development, scheduling, product rotation and ordering and ensuring the shop is run and maintained in the manner established for all L.A. Burdick Chocolate Retail shops and cafés. Training will begin in early to mid January.
Assistant Manager Candidates: Should have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in either a café or retail setting. This individual is responsible for assisting the Manager in the operation of the shop with designated responsibilities in a specific area.
Retail and Barista Staff: Prior experience is helpful, however, not necessary. L.A. Burdick Chocolate has a comprehensive training program for all new hires.
