CAFE MANAGER

L.A. Burdick Chocolate is coming to NYC!

We are opening a café and retail location in the Flatiron District of New York City in mid-September. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to manage this new location. The right candidate will have 3-5 years of management experience in a food service environment. This person will lead by example and action to motivate their employees to provide the highest level of customer service. This individual will be responsible for maintining budgets, schedules, employee development as well as creating a welcoming environment for our patrons.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Burdick Chocolate has been in business for over 20 years selling our handmade bonbons through mail order, online and in two successful cafés located in Walpole, NH and Cambridge, MA.
