 SHOPPING ONLINE
Our shopping cart enables you to place an order with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most orders are filled within 48 hours. This is particularly useful for those times when you suddenly remember a special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary, and need to have a gift sent as soon as possible.

Customized Orders
Burdick Chocolate welcomes your specialized wedding and special event orders. To ensure accuracy, a summary of your customized order will be emailed to you. We request that you review the information, make any necessary corrections and reply to the email as confirmation. You will have up to the Friday before the order is due to ship to make any changes to your customization. A fee of 10% of product total will be charged if changes have to be made after the Friday indicated above. |

Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged during shipment you must notify Burdick Chocolate within 24 hours of receipt of goods if you want us to send a replacement. |

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Burdick Chocolates cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses.

Return Policy
In general we do not ask for our chocolate or pastry to be returned. We would only ask for a product to be returned in order to ensure the proper efforts are made to provide the highest possible quality in the future. If for any reason your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, or is sent incorrectly, we are happy to send a replacement or offer a full refund. Please call customer service at 800-229-2419 to initiate this process with one of our representatives. |
