Burdick's 100 gram (3.5 oz) chocolate bars are made from the fine chocolate couvertures we cook with. A chocolate bonbon is only as good as the chocolate used in its recipe. The Burdick blends, perennial favorites, can be ordered with or without nuts. The health bars incorporate nuts, dried fruits and seeds thought to be high in antioxidants.
