Coconut Gugelhupf

This moist flourless cake is made with coconut milk and shredded coconut. A marbled dark chocolate and coconut interior, baked in a gugelhupf form and perfumed with coconut rum. No leavening is used to make this cake. It measures 6" in diameter and serves 8-10.

Made without preservatives, extracts or essences, L.A. Burdick pastries are prepared in the European tradition. Our pastries are fresh; they should be stored in a cool, dry place and served at room temperature.

How and When We Ship
Orders received prior to 4:00pm EST will be shipped the same day unless a specific future delivery date has been requested. Orders received after 4:00pm EST or during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship over the weekend, and therefore do not offer Monday delivery. Please note that when shipping to a physical address, an accurate street address complete with suite or apartment number and/or business names is required. A phone number is also required to ensure proper delivery.
