Our Pâte de Fruit is made in eight delicious fruit flavors: Cassis, Apricot, Pineapple-Lime (Kalamansi-lime), Red Currant, Raspberry, Passion Fruit, Sour Cherry and Rhubarb. Burdick's fruit jellies are of exceptional quality, made from perfectly ripe fruit and offer a refreshing alternative sweet treat.

Our bonbons are fresh, they should be stored in a cool, dry place and served at room temperature. We suggest that you eat them within ten days of delivery.
INGREDIENTS: Red current puree, black current puree, pineapple puree, calamanti puree, apricot puree, white sugar, glucose, citric acid and pectin.

How and When We Ship
Orders received prior to 4:00pm EST can be shipped the same day unless a specific future delivery date has been requested. Orders received after 4:00pm EST or during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship over the weekend, therefore selecting Friday as a ship date will produce a Saturday Delivery shipping option (A $10 Saturday Delivery surcharge does apply for this service). Please note that when shipping to a physical address, an accurate street address complete with suite or apartment number and/or business names is required. A phone number is also required to ensure proper delivery.

Shipping overnight is always recommended when product may be compromised due to weather and location.
