The traditional Provençal nougat, egg whites cooked with sugar and honey, with almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, cranberries and lavender added. A little different and a lot of flavor! Prepared with local honey and set into squares.
Made without preservatives, extracts or essences, L.A. Burdick Nougat is burdting with nuts, lavender and honey.

Our bonbons are fresh, they should be stored in a cool, dry place and served at room temperature. We suggest that you eat them within ten days of delivery.

How and When We Ship
Orders received prior to 4:00pm EST can be shipped the same day unless a specific future delivery date has been requested. Orders received after 4:00pm EST or during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship over the weekend, therefore selecting Friday as a ship date will produce a Saturday Delivery shipping option (A $10 Saturday Delivery surcharge does apply for this service). Please note that when shipping to a physical address, an accurate street address complete with suite or apartment number and/or business names is required. A phone number is also required to ensure proper delivery.

Shipping overnight is always recommended when product may be compromised due to weather and location.
